"Nature is a miracle we depend on."
It's believed that nature has existed even before the existence of humans, and it supports us. This means that it's our responsibility to take care of it, right? But how? Well, environmental sciences deals with the study of the environment and issues. Here at Panther Creek's SNHS, we will explore the aspects of this science (such as botany, zoology, soil science, oceanography, geology, etc.) as well as current environmental issues.

Environmental Watch Party

There are many issues in the world that need to be fixed if we want to be sustainable. Two examples of this include global warming and the water crisis in many countries. At this watch party, SNHS members learned about these issues by watching short videos and then were tested on them through a little game at the end. This was a great success thanks to the people that attended!
